Marsha Goldstein, president, is not only an industry leader, but has been listed in Who's Who of American Women, and Who's Who in America for well over two decades. Her work as a recognized professional in her field as well as a volunteer and civic leader in numerous Chicago educational and cultural organizations gives her an added perspective and appreciation for what makes a great city like Chicago so unique a destination.

Cathy Holleb, MKOT's vice president, joined MKOT in 1981 and specializes in all special events, as well as corporate and convention services. Well known in the industry as an active member in numerous organizations and a hard-working volunteer, Cathy is involved in every major meeting and corporate event ....from invite to good night.

Alice Tell, Director of Operations, came to us with a wealth of diversified organizational and administrative experience. For the past 25 years, Alice has has been involved in variety of roles including advertising, marketing, training and event and travel planning. In her important position with My Kind of Town, she is responsible for the day to day office activities, including creating and booking tours, event planning, and guide management and scheduling.

Ginny Milek, our Director of Sales, is another wonderful addition to the MKOT team. Ginny is our group sales specialist, her knowledge and wide-ranging professional experience in sales is a valuable asset to MKOT. And, her enthusiasm and passion for Chicago is contagious . She is the new liaison to dozens of local tour groups and countless professional senior and student travel groups .

Phyllis Ritholz, Sales Associate joined MKOT in 1982 and though semi-retired, still specializes in group and travel services for a fortunate group of clients. When it comes to developing new and unique tour itineraries, Phyllis knows the real Chicago!

Mitchell, Paul, Melissa and Rian have worked for MKOT collectively for over 60 years, and assist with special events, corporate and convention projects. Each one of them is a gifted individual.
